Maxim Crane Works bolsters fleet

Maxim Crane Works is adding several Manitowoc cranes to its industry-leading fleet. The company has purchased 19 new cranes that come from the Grove rough-terrain and truck-mounted ranges, as well as the National Crane boom truck line.

Maxim expands fleet with 48 new Potain tower cranes

Maxim Crane Works (Maxim) has added 48 new Potain top-slewing tower cranes to its fleet. The Newport, Kentucky-based company will start taking deliveries of the new tower cranes beginning in May 2018.According to Frank Bardonaro, Chief Operating Officer for Maxim, the order reflects his continued confidence in Manitowoc Cranes and the Potain tower crane range.

Maxim Crane Works is employing a fleet of Manitowoc crawler cranes for its work on the construction of the new Miami Dolphins football stadium. The job began with four 660 USt Manitowoc 18000s, each equipped with a MAX-ER that brought their capacities to 826 USt. Then the Newport, Kentucky-based company added a 772 USt Manitowoc MLC650 to the job site.
